Ended yesterday at 430. Classes started on Feb 1, so a week.DCfilterDC wrote:How long is your drop period?RCSOB657 wrote:Thinking about dropping one of my classes.
Edited today, yup I dropped a 2hr class. Real Estate - Finance & Mortgaging.
I'm working taxes for Jackson Hewitt and am trying to get in with county prosecutor as a researcher/writer. The later mainly to just get my foot in the door to his office, the former for cash.

Nah. I like 2L a lot better despite the prospect of having to continue the hustle next year. At least my classes are somewhat interesting. 1L was fucking torture.usn26 wrote:2L < 1L, if not employment secureunsweetened wrote:2L is awful.

Re: 2Little 2Late
I think journal pretty much ruined 2L this past fall, or maybe it was OCI. Both of those are the worst. 1L was so much more free of responsibilities and trying to claw ahead.Hand wrote:Nah. 3L is setting up to be a complete joke of a year though (fingers crossed)

For me, 2L has been pretty laid back. A few busy points for journal, but otherwise nothing crazy.

Same here except I felt like I was drowning until this weekend when we lost our moot court compGray wrote:I'm still doing all the things in an effort to get my first choice job. I've been busy, but its not worse than 1L. Probably because I never actually read for class or spend more than the absolute minimum time on things.

School-funded trips are the best. I need to find a way to get more of those.

Lol I needed that laugh Gray, thanks!
I have an interview tomorrow for a paid clerk job at a local county prosecutor. I'd give myself 50% chance of selection for one of the two slots. It would actually be a good fit for me.

At the moment 2L is feeing better than 1L because I'm procrastinating on everything. All my deadlines are in the same week of march, right after spring break. So that week will be death.

About chose the poll option about lack of remaining will, but as A part-timer I am a 3L... sadly for me that does not mean that I do not have more than a year left of this.

She was looking kinda dumb with her finger and her thumb
