My better half and I went over our summer schedule and mapped out the last possible day I could sign a lease vs accept a spot on the wait list. I did not know that all the law schools start in August. I figured it was a southern thing, and a northern law school could scoop me up for classes in September or something.
My last day of semi uncommitted freedom went from Labor day to the 4th of July in minutes.

For me the critical point will most likely be when my lady finds employment.
