We have a moot court "bootcamp" every Friday for next year's 3L team. I have a feeling that the team will be formed by attrition. Everyone's dropping, including me. I have no class on Friday. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Me and my 3L partner did not advance in the competition. We went against 3Ls.

We are force to take a class and write a brief for that class that will also be used for the internal competition we have to do. My partner (assigned) is the transfer gunner everyone hates.

Not sure why I signed up for moot court. My one goal in LS was to never step foot in a courtroom.

Are you also thinking about a multitude of improvements you can make to invoke the "patent blocking" principle?

I thought about the cupcakes one very seriously, tbh. I figured there's always 3L, and I thought this one was the more aggressive one that I'd be comfortable taking to my SA next summer.
