Recording Acts?
Future interests are on the bar iirc so it's not all bad having to learn it.
My brain is going to immediately discard every fragment of estates and interests the second I click "finished" on that exam. I'm sure of it. Thought I would coast through and pick this up at the end like I did last semester - huge mistake. I'm going to start a 0L "don't neglect property" thread.
My brain discards it before the exam. The only thing saving me is the step by step instruction sheet for every property topic. My brain hasn't discarded reading and writing yet (I'm sure its close) so I'm good. For now...
PS. I am willing to bet Gray gets B+ or above on Property. 2/1 odds. Takers?

Had my closed book torts exam yesterday. #MeetUatMedian
totally ran out of time and went bulleted list + prayer. Right now I'm just hoping other people had the same issue (probably not).

If you are still studying for a property final and want a quick refresher on present and future interests, I think this article does a great job breaking them down to help you memorize things for the exam. I also think the graphics the author uses really helps drive home the understanding of future interests.
Give this a read:

Well, since I work full time and go to school part time, I get to keep working.
Although I might get to sleep a bit more, and spend some more time with my daughter.

Probably not. I have to see about applying for jobs in case my grades warrant dropping out.

You did not answer the question. See highlighted key word
Also your woe-is-me schtick is super old and I really honestly wish you would stop it

I have baseball games in my future, as well as lots of beach time, yum food/bbq time, and almost certainly spear fishing (gonna learn how that works this summer). Plus brunch with alcohol EVERY. SINGLE. WEEKEND.

Doesn't matter - either way I win.
Have you read the feedback for his exams btw? He LOVES creativity and outside the box thinking. I don't have original thoughts about the law, and the semi-articulate rule regurgitation I am capable of isn't going to get me past a B.
Hopefully he sees plagiarizing his feedback memos and old student responses as creative...

Exams basically make me feel like I've been intellectually abused.

Hang in there.
Speaking of which it is almost time for my evidence exam...

Yeah +1.
so uhhhh that was something.
Yeah. I could've shown up for 1/3 of the classes and taken that exam. 1/4 of the classes would've given me enough info for a B if I applied it correctly.

Yep, I've already figured out at least three missteps I made. And they weren't creative missteps, so I won't even get the "hmmm, interesting" 1/2 credit.
