This is my conlaw exam answer:
(yes) or (no)
Why?
(judicial review) or (political process/legislative discretion)

Cutting class out by the trailers? Don't you worry about getting detention?Gray wrote:I haven't gone to the last three classes so if my effort:grade ratio tracks this semester I should be getting an A+Minnietron wrote:I'm "done with Con Law" in the sense that I will not figure it out beyond a level of "hoping for a B/B-." At this point, I bet going into the exam cold, with an old outline, that you haven't looked at yet would put in a better spot than attending class.
B+ or above and I'm buying myself a new bookstand to celebrate!Hand wrote: Still hoping for a B+ since no one seems to have any clue what's going on

Con Law... not as fucked as I thought it would be. (famous last words)
Oral arguments tomorrow. Get to go by myself. I should probably write a few bullet points on that.

Re: Rainbows and Sm1Les: Everything Is Totally Fine
Ugh took an elective this semester an intro business class for lawyers. Prof is a joke who think we are all MBA students with degrees in accounting and finance even though you can't take the class if you've taken any business/accounting/econ classes in undergrad (turns out this prof has a reputation for being that one prof no one should ever take). Got a C on the take home mid term (raw score not scaled to the curve) worth 50% of the class. I had to google almost everything question. Good night sweet 3.6 GPA.
Please save me non 1l class curve

Class is called Analytical Method for Lawyers...suppose to be a intro to business class for people without a business background who want to go into transactional law.Big Red wrote:wait I'm confused you had the option of taking a non-law elective as a 1L?

However no one knows what hes talking about because the book is just a descriptive survey and our homework problem he explains quickly and doesn't give the answers or directions to how to do them.

Why would we need math? I, for one, don't think understanding how to use/evaluate statistics has any place in deciding how to create and implement laws. Bible-based codification or gtfo!buckiguy_sucks wrote:Lawyers just not cut out for mathCalbears123 wrote:Class is called Analytical Method for Lawyers...suppose to be a intro to business class for people without a business background who want to go into transactional law.Big Red wrote:wait I'm confused you had the option of taking a non-law elective as a 1L?

Just had an academic advisement meeting for next year, and with her advice I will accept this and withdraw from my other searches.
