Funny how that works. Also having to not pay for school is also nice.PeanutsNJam wrote:Have a bae so the reasons to xfer are rapidly diminishing.

Re: Rainbows and Sm1Les: Everything Is Totally Fine
Gonna meet with one of my profs last semester who went to HLS and clerked for 2d cir coa (I want to try and do that) to see if I should xfer to HLS, or if she can get me into the 2d cir from right here. Also will ask around for profs who did 9th cir, or 7th cir. Them's the goals.
After a fed clerkship then it's all groovy.
Plus I hear transfers don't get a good shot at clerkships anyway. There's like 0 benefit to going to HLS at this point other than the bragging rights, and the cost is moving away from my friends, girlfriend, and losing my scholarship. I probably will xfer, given the opportunity, if I can get a better shot at a clerkship in those circuits though. Would also apply to DC.
The bragging rights are pretty slick though.
Also no interest in academia.

freaking amazed that it's done and not 3am.
edit: not sure if it's actually done, but I'm not going to look at it again and turned in my electronic copy.

If that strategy isn't your cup of tea, go with the "don't fuck up" strategy. This has worked for me in the past and is ruthlessly efficient. If you want to ace all of your exams, all you need to do is not fuck up.lc39 wrote:ty I can't believe I forgot this tried and true strategyGray wrote:this is such good advice. right answer circling really helped me on the LSAT.PeanutsNJam wrote:It's gonna be easy, just circle the right answer.lc39 wrote:wow i am so not ready for exams but they start 2 weeks from today wish me luck
