I've never gotten a TTTTTT marketing e-mail and it gives me self-doubt.

I am getting these from U of Akron every day. Keep marking them as SPAM. If it happens enough, it will cause them issues with their ESP getting blackballed from mail providers. When the ESP experiences delivery issues with a mail provider, they'll throttle or terminate the offender since it hurts their bottom line with other clients that use them to deliver to the same mail providers.
If you request an opt-out, they have 10 days to comply. If it becomes an ongoing issue with one sender, you could probably track this and file a complaint with the FTC.

I agree. You normally cover a lot of ground in a day so it would likely stay fresh and entertaining long-term
