Actually we have a family member about to get married, and she is taking all the blogs and videos she did for paid work over the past 15 years, and redoing them.

Today I did pretty much nothing except sit in meetings and get everyone else to do my work for me. It was upsetting that the meeting ran late into lunch, but worthwhile since now I don't have to develop a four page document for digital product development teams.

Proper way to call in sick? Planning to do so tomorrow morning - I feel really weak and keep sneezing/coughing at work right now. Need a day off to get better not worse.

Just email your direct supervisor on the morning of and say you're sick and not coming in

Only one major downside of attending Chicago instead of Duke -- I have to work an entire extra month.
