Yeah. It's the whole National Merit Scholar test.

Did the Internet exist when I was a national merit scholar? All I used back then was IRC and a debate message board.

Did not cover this in my torts class.

We did a lot of Pareto Optimalities and Calder-Hicks analyses. Covered Coase Theorem too. But I don't recall Bayes.

We did a lot of Pareto Optimalities and Calder-Hicks analyses. Covered Coase Theorem too. But I don't recall Bayes.

We did a lot with Coase, that was one of the Prof.'s favorites

Probably not going to look at anything torts related for a week at this point though

We have 4 exams plus LRW too (though that's wrapped up for pretty much everyone by now), and our spring semester is only "chill" in that we can pick two of our own classes. But it's still four classes + LRW part two.

We're CivPro Mon, Torts Thur, Crim Mon, Ks Thur

Actually no. I have a J term, 2 hours. Mini lrw/ethics/drunk fest for 3 weeks. Then 7 classes, one will be pass/fail, for spring.

Lrw 2, 2 hrs
Contracts 2, 3 hrs
CivPro 2, 3 hrs
Property 2, 3 hrs
Publaw 3 hrs
Competitiveness and corruption (llm class replacing crimlaw) 3 hrs
Some 1 hour pass/fail methods class

not really, although LRW is only 1 hr instead of 2 credit hours that we spend 3 hrs in each week

If you are not looking to get rich, direct services (e.g. legal aid) as well as being a public defender will have you on your feet talking to people most of the time
