Would signing up for both mock classes be too gunner?

Re: University of Pennsylvania c/o 2018 Admits
I prefer the classes to the other options (tour and intl law panel). Having the opportunity to interact with two profs, particularly the Interim Dean, seems worthwhile. Unless they're the same class content? I guess that's what I'm asking.schmelling wrote:Just curious- how do you think this may help you?nickhalden wrote:Would signing up for both mock classes be too gunner?

Those were just invites to apply for named scholarships right?Mack.Hambleton wrote:There was a wave on a couple weeks ago via emailamw342 wrote:Yo yo...has anyone received any scholarships yet? If so, how were you notified?

I would not be surprised if there is the possibility at least of them having more scholarships than are accepted (since a lot of people I am sure move up to HYSCCN). At least the Silverman-Rodin has to give out two each year.nickhalden wrote:Are there multiple waves of named scholarships?Auxilio wrote:Email (For mine at least) will be given out first week of March. But do we know if there are other waves of invitations? Or was this wave it and other invitees will be from those turned down offered named scholarships? I tried searching through the forum and didn't see much information.

Anyone sign up for the Thursday night event on ASW? It looks like that night may be the most fun.

Visited campus yesterday on probably the coldest day of the year since I won't be able to attend ASW. Had a really great visit, everyone at Penn seemed really happy to be at the school and loved their experience. Philly seems like a great place to spend three years. PM me if you have any questions, happy to help if I can.

Do you guys know how scholarships work at Penn? Are the named scholarships the only way to receive greater than $70k (lowest amount for the JW)? LSN from last cycle shows many awards above both the $75,000 of last year's JW and the $79,500 of the SR and below both the $130,000 of the Toll and the $160,000 of the Levy.
Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Re: University of Pennsylvania c/o 2018 Admits
Last year it was a range from $60-$75,000, and people received awards (at least on LSN) that were greater than that and yet do not fit with the SR, the Levy, or the Toll.Mack.Hambleton wrote:the wilson is a rangenickhalden wrote:Do you guys know how scholarships work at Penn?
