Where are you from? Would you rather work in the Midwest or the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic?
NC born and raised. I would love to end up working in Fed. and I am very flexible on where to work, location wise.

Which professors are considered to be some the conservative (in terms of judicial philosophy) icons at UVA? Planning to go down for a day before ASW and am interested in speaking to a few professors.

Hi! For people going to the admitted students weekend – the Comfort Inn is offering a room on March 19th with two double beds for $83. Would any fellow women be interested in being roommates for a night and splitting the price? Let me know! :)

My fiance and I are heading to the ASW, and we can't wait to meat y'all there!

For anyone with SOs/guests, I reached out to the admissions office for more details on which events can accommodate guests of admitted students. PM for details or just to say hi!

is anyone driving from or through (or near) Raleigh, NC to get to ASW? I'm looking to get a ride and will be down to split gas. Also, if anyone wants to share a hotel room then please PM me (i'm a dude in case that matters).

What gave it away? Was it the chainsaw I pulled out after luring you into the super-creepy cellar of Columbia's law library? Lucky for you there was someone else down there.

Ahh! I wish I could make it to ASW. I'm visiting the first week of April.

That being said... I just signed my lease for the Jeffersonian. I'm so pumped for a .2 mile commute to the law school and a .3 mile commute to Chipotle!!

That Chipotle isn't just a run of the mill delicious Chipotle, that Chipotle is a staffed by the A-team, used by the CEO to show off to NBC news Chipotle. I am so happy it is so close to the law school, and so worried for my wallet and waistline.

Does anyone know the typical turnaround time from being accepted to finding out about scholarships/aid?

Check the applicants thread. A bunch of people just received information about financial aid awards today. I think someone mentioned something about future waves being posted on the fin aid Facebook.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
