Yeah, civpro sucks, it all starts to come together in the last three weeks or so of class though, hang in there and don't worry about sounding smart.

Nor am I. When I ask people if they're going to bar review, hanging out this weekend, etc they usually say like "no I've got way too much to do" and they generally respond with shock when I tell them I'm not that busy. Then when I ask what they're so busy with that they can't attend bar review for a couple hours they don't have a clue and say something like "getting organized," memorizing procedural history, buying 25 different colors of highlighters and all sorts of other unproductive stuff

I feel like people like to say they're "busy" just to fit in with the law school image
