To the upperclassmen who had Clermont for Civ Pro II, is the Freer supplement still worth going over for res judicata? I've heard before that Clermont approaches this differently from Freer.

I would just rely on his Black Letter Outline, his Hornbook, and if you are feeling really invested, his book: Res Judicata. Those are what will help for the exam more than anything else.
Otherwise you really just got to go through his slides.

Actually, nvm you can post it. I misrembered and thought we only posted averages not cutoffs. My bad. Those ranges stil seem off. Specifically PW.nw329 wrote: Oops, my mistake. Didn't know that was sensitive data - I'd seen it on prior posts from past years.

Re: Cornell Class of 2018
The thing is, we've had a leak in the past of career services data, it ended up on Above The Law, and we no longer get access to that type of data because of it. And I'm definitely not used to seeing all of that data dumped in a "class of" thread because this is the first time they've released it this early. Which, by the way, is a decision that I don't understand, because all they've done is ensure that your entire class will freak out for no reason. There's virtually no benefit in knowing these gpa ranges at this point. My mentor had past years' data, but deliberately waited until after finals to share it with me. It's just distracting.nw329 wrote:-_- You literally just made me feel like I pulled a Hillary Clinton and the Cornell FBI was about to knock down my door.

Re: Cornell Class of 2018
Anyone with some familiarity with clerkships willing to answer a couple questions via PM? Trying to get a little background before talking with CSO.
Potentially willing to do the AJF thread - I'm a PI person, though, so it might be better if someone else started it / kept tabs on it

Happy to answer clerkship questions, to the extent I can. C/o 2013, worked at a firm before D.Ct. clerkship.CFC1524 wrote:Anyone with some familiarity with clerkships willing to answer a couple questions via PM? Trying to get a little background before talking with CSO.

Re: Cornell Class of 2018
is TCR for class registration just to sign up for anything you might possibly be interested in taking and then see how the lottery goes and then just drop courses that conflict w/ each other?

That's what I did, basically. I would make sure you nurture your super preference though. I blasted through mine on the first go around and I regret my decision.future!jd12 wrote:is TCR for class registration just to sign up for anything you might possibly be interested in taking and then see how the lottery goes and then just drop courses that conflict w/ each other?
