did anyone get a confirmation email after HLS received your transcript or college certification? I sent mine 10 days ago, and i didnt hear back. the deadline is in a week

I got a confirmation email for the college certification but not for the transcript. An email at one point said they'd be writing to confirm that transcripts were received sometime in June.

You can also see if the Cert & Transcript boxes are ticked in your status checker.

thanks, how long did it take before you got the email?? my boxes were not ticked, i think i'll contact them if i dont get any news soon

I got the email quickly. It was 5 days after I got the email from my UG that they'd sent the form, and it was mailed across the country. That said, I submitted my stuff a few months back. They're probably inundated at this point. Maybe check with your UG?

great idea, i'll check with my UG as well, and for the record, i just called HLS admissions office, they ARE inundated at this point and they are a little bit behind, also, as soons as they process the transcript and certification, they will update the information on the status checker.

I don't remember where it is, but fyi, you can get your picture taken while you're on campus. I highly recommend getting it done before then (and making sure it's a good one because every professor you have will see it on their seating chart until you graduate), but if you're stressed, you can wait.

If your insurance covers it (it should) get it. Meningitis is nasty and really not worth the risk. Boston is a town full of people living in dorms, the exposure risk is certainly there.

Oh goodness, yes.

FedEx everything to yourself two weeks beforehand. I don't know why you'd do anything else.

Use the largest FedEx boxes.
