February 2021 Bar Announcements
As of October 22, five states have decided to remotely administer the February 2021 Bar exam. Those states include Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania. We plan to keep this thread updated with any new updates on the February 2021 exam.

Tennessee has announced they will hold their bar exam remotely.

It will be interesting to see how many keep it as an option once the pandemic ends. It likely would clear seats and lessen expenses to allow some in person if they want and rest remote. Similar to how most places still allow limited hand writing still but mostly typed exams.

New Jersey, New Hampshire, Palau, and Colorado have all announced their bar exams will be remote.

Not joking here, for those with horrible mbe scores .....TAKE THE PALAU REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.....once in a lifetime shot for some people since they allow a 120 score. I don't think any essays are on it either. Pass and then practice online a bit and docreview until you can reciprocity.
