Recently a couple of law school grads petition SCOMN for diploma privilege and the Court took it up. The Court ordered a public comment period, which ends on July 6.
This Above The Law article summarizes the situtation pretty nicely:

I was wondering what everyone thought the chances of the Court granting diploma privilege is.
I know MN is a popular place for out-of-state-ers to file in for UBE. Are you guys concerned about the Court canceling the July bar altogether?
