Can you seek admission in two jurisdictions simultaneously from one UBE test?

Yes. You can apply in the other jurisdiction via transferred UBE score as soon as you receive your score from the testing jurisdiction. You don't have to wait to be admitted in the testing jurisdiction before porting your score.
