Mistake on the bar

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Mar 28, 2020 4:32 pm

In the frenzy of the bar exam, I sat down to do the MPT. After I wrote my answers and submitted, I realized by test booklets were backwards and I answered the second question in the first answer slot on my computer and vice versa. I told the Exam4 guy who told me he could fix it. Any chance that you can still pass the bar or does that totally doom your chances?

What happened to you didn't happen to me, but I've had friends who actually filled out their MEE's in the wrong area. You have nothing to worry about. They'll obviously see what should have been answered where and just adjust based on what is obviously the answer to each question. Don't stress at all.

As for my horror story, they actually "lost" my essays. I saved mine on the USB drive provided by my JX and had confirmed that everything had saved correctly. They told me on the second freakin day of the bar when we had to take the MBE that they lost my essays, sending me into a panic. They told me to just recover the info off my laptop, but what if my laptop had broke the day after the MEE or if I had sold or discarded it for some reason? Everything worked out fine and I passed, but technology can be stupid.

In your case, seriously, don't worry about it at all.
