What E&Es should I read for UBE Corporations Stuff
I didn't take anything remotely close to corporations in law school. For the other classes I didn't take, I found the Examples and Explanations books to perfectly supplement the bar material I have looked at. I see that there are two seemingly relevant books from E&E: Corporations and Agencies, Partnerships, and LLC. Would both of these books contain relevant material for the bar?
