For those taking Florida, it's for sure worth noting that Dependency and Juvenile Delinquency will no longer be tested on the exam and that applies as early as this upcoming exam in February 2020. In other words, less to study!

Re: Updates to Florida Bar Exam
Amazing news. Kind of surprising that juvenile delinquency was ever on the bar at all. Totally makes sense to toss it out.
Of course, even better would be if Florida also moved to the UBE. But I don't expect that to happen for protectionist reasons.

Agreed on all points! Waiting to see if Florida will ever transfer to the UBE but I'm skeptical as well.

Re: Updates to Florida Bar Exam
Sean, do you have any predictions on what topics may be covered on the Florida essays or the Florida multiple choice (i.e Business Entities or Wills)? I'm just about done studying every subject, but want to hit on important ones these last few weeks! Thanks!
