Each subject has a couple topics that Barbri claims are the most important to study. I was wondering if anyone on here had a list of all those topics?
For example, in Evidence, the big there are Relevance, Witnesses, and Hearsay.
I was hoping to combine all the big topics into an outline to glance at every now and then.
Thanks!

Re: The Most Important Topics for Each Subject
For the MBE, the best place to look for this information is on the "MBE Subject Matter Outline" on the NCBE website. They actually list specifically the percentage that each topic shows up on the exam so you can glean easily which topics to study more than others if you're strapped for time.
