Barbri Early start - UBE

Post by fizzles » Thu Feb 28, 2019 8:09 pm

Hi, I am sitting for the UBE in July 2019. I am a UK trained lawyer and have no prior knowledge of US law. I am doing the early start as a way to have some basics down before the actual bar review starts. Im a little bit confused about how I should be approaching it. To me it makes more sense to do one subject at a time so the reading followed by AMP followed by videos. The AMP for each subject is divided into sub topics and each of those sub topics has several quizzes. How many of those should I be attempting? At the moment I have finished the reading for constitutional law and done one AMP quiz from each of the 4 AMP sub topics. Also is there any particular order that is recommended for the subjects? I read somewhere it is best to start with constitutional law so thats what I did. Not sure what order to do the rest in.

Only thing that comes to mind is that you should (if you have complete control over the order) start with the subjects that you feel you struggle with the most. Definitely want to do that so that you'll have the most amount of time to improve!
