Feb. 2019 DC Bar Exam Study Group

I am currently studying for the DC (UBE) Feb. 2019 bar exam. I am looking for possible study partner/s that are also taking the Feb. 2019 DC bar exam. Looking to meet up and discuss different topics occasionally in January and February. I am taking Themis as a bar prep. Let me know if you are interested.

Also taking Dc bar in feb 2019. Live in Dc and would like to meet up occasionally to study. Am doing BarMax. I graduated from law school several years ago but have been working overseas So never took a bar exam.. Now I want to do it and switch career gears a bit...

We haven’t met yet. People interested RE DC bar exam could email me at dcbarexamfeb2019 (at) gmail.com and we can try to sort out a time and place?

Worried that the shutdown will prevent dc from even offering the exam in feb 2019...

Has anyone received admission ticket to the DC Bar exam? The COA website states that it should have been sent out yesterday. Thanks!

I have not either. I got an email from them concerning bar exam information.

I actually called them yesterday and they said they'd be emailing them out last night.

Hopefully we get them soon. I'll try calling again.

Got it. I also just received an email concerning the bar exam information but no ticket. I've been calling them today, but it seems that they are closed due to the snow. I will also call them later today or tomorrow. I will keep you posted! Thanks for the reply.

I do not have my ticket yet either. A friend that is also taking the bar but handwriting did receive her ticket. Are all of you using laptops?

Quick question - did everyone know that the exam was at the armory from the start of applying? So many people I’ve spoken to was under the impression it was at the convention center. Did a bunch of us just have it wrong?

I heard the same thing about the convention center. The February 2019 Bar exam application info pdf said DC Armory back in December so I assumed that the Committee changed the venue.

Does anyone know if we can access our bags during the break?

Also, the prohibited items mention no digital watches. Are analog watches ok? Just worried they won't have a clock in there.
