Have not had a look either - will try to wing it. Worst case scenario will do it again in March.

Re: NYLE December 2018
To be honest you won't remember the contents anyway. It's all very specific rules, etc. What you should do is very comprehensively Tab and highlight and learn your way around the headings. Each answer is taken straight out of the text, so it's not so much a matter of knowing the contents as it is being able to quickly navigate to the right heading to find all the answers before time runs out. It's kind of a dumb exam, but is totally doable if you can navigate the document quickly.

Do people fail this exam in large numbers like the bar or even PR?Calbears123 wrote:Lmao real possibility I didn’t pass that exam.
It’s open book, with 50% more time than the MBE.

I didn’t study expecting easy searchable questions like the videos.Cop2lawyerNYC wrote:Do people fail this exam in large numbers like the bar or even PR?Calbears123 wrote:Lmao real possibility I didn’t pass that exam.

But instead i got a good handful of hypos and at least a couple of questions where I couldn’t find the answer or it legit wasn’t there.

That was literally nothing like the practice questions they provided. The majority were hypos and a few questions did not even exist in my outline. I feel like we just got blind-sided.
