How important is this?
Did 2 of these a month ago but have done nothing since. I can study for the MPT or the procedure and evidence exam (texas). Which would you focus on

Re: MPT prep
MPT should be pretty formulaic. Analyze the issue. Read the statute, read the cases, figure out the "test" for whatever your issue is. Write it down first. Map whatever cases seem to make sense to your issue. Read the facts. Put those cases in context. Start spitting out your analysis. Keep it all organized and make sure to finish. Rinse and repeat for MPT 2.
