I am taking Themis. I am debating whether to stop focusing on MBE prep and going to state distinctions. I understand that the only day that matters is test day, but practice tests I hear are indicative of final score.
I am scoring around 60-70 on mixed sets. Didn't do well on the last PT. My state only counts MBE as 33%.
What was your mixed sets/practice scores and what was your real MBE?
Would like info from people who were scoring lower, like me haha.
Thanks!

Re: Question For People Who Have taken Bar Exam
The state I took the bar in also counts MBE for a relatively small portion of the overall score. Unless you're already killing the state essays, you should switch to maintenance mode on MBE (do one mixed set per day, and maybe a few questions here or there when you're taking breaks) and get the state material down.
