Subject order of the MEE essays from this past February 2018 UBE exam

Post by gladiator0flaw11 » Sun May 13, 2018 9:46 am

I was looking for the model answers from the recent February 2018 UBE exam and couldn't find the MEE essay answers posted online yet. I am looking at my score report and notice I scored significantly higher on the third MEE essay (MEE 3: 58 points) compared to the rest of them. Can anyone please tell me what subject this was if you went ahead and ordered copies of your exam? thank you!

Contracts. Issues were whether UCC Article 2 applied (25% - could argue either way just needed to talk about predominant purpose), whether the pre-contract oral agreement was allowed under PER (40% - could argue either way - needed to talk about whether K was fully integrated or not) and whether the modification was allowed w/o consideration (35% - answer was no).

Joe,

Do you have a breakdown of all the MEEs that you can provide?

This may be helpful: https://www.excellenceinlawschool.com/r ... -bar-exam/
