Hi everyone!
I am an Australian Lawyer and thinking of studying for the July New York bar exam, and looking for study buddies to help me avoid insanity and share the load!
Over June/July 2019, I am of thinking of taking 2 months off work to study for it on a remote European beach somewhere ... any takers?

Just wondering if there is any WhatsApp group for This group yet! I believe it would be much easier to communicate, share thoughts . If not please let me know if there’s anyone likes this idea. The bar exam is torture me with IIED.
I'm an Australian lawyer looking to sit the NY bar in July 2019, and have signed up to the Themis LLM advantage program.
I'd also be keen to join a WhatsApp / email discussion thread if there's one going!

I was thinking the same thing. Have any new tester takers, NY schools, gotten theirs? Everyone else will get theirs the next day. That would be helpful to know.

I heard that first time graduates from NY schools got the email today, so everyone else will likely receive the email within the next two days.lolabear727 wrote:I was thinking the same thing. I'm taking the NY bar in Feb 2019. I work full-time, also have have 2 grade school kids who go to swim meets twice a month. I signed up with BarMax 2 weeks ago, just finished CivPro and now on Crimes. I chose BarMax because I know I won't be able to keep up with more voluminous materials and strict review schedules, and I will freak out if I can't keep up.
Planning to supplement with leansheets after I finish all subject, and Seperac issue spotting for essays closer to the exams.
I'm in the US right now, anyone wants to exchange info for emails and stuff, I'm open to that.

Lola, where are you coming from? Also, WP is not always offered in February and sometimes that is a handwriting only location.Laneyscha2152 wrote:lolabear727 wrote:Got the seat email. 11:01am. Didn’t open until 11:14am. ALBANY. That sucks.. did anyone even see an option for NYC or WP?
