Passed NY Bar in Feb - Transfer to DC?
Can I transfer my score (passing UBE) to DC without yet being admitted to NY? Won't be admitted until later because haven't submitted my application yet and haven't done NYLE. Finding the DC bar website really confusing. Would I have to re-submit all these affidavits to DC??

You can transfer your score prior to being admitted- I transferred mine from NY to NJ. The NY affidavits aren't applicable to D.C. if that's what you mean by affidavits...each state has their own application process which differs for UBE Score Transfers too.
