I talked about it a bit in another thread but I used barmax for UBE and I passed comfortably. I definitely attribute my score to barmax fully. Their outlines and lectures helped me learn best. They break up topics into small subjects making it easier to master. The portability of the program was really essential for me. Everything else can be purchased on your own from ncbe. Feel free to PM me.

What did you do about the MEE? It doesn't seem like BarMax has essay grading.

I believe you get 2 essays graded for free. They provide you with every essay from 1999 or so with answers but no sample essays. You should be fine just outlining them though.

Re: BarMax
I just BarMax's MBE program in conjunction with Barbri. My MBE score skyrocketed after using Barmax MBE. They use past exam questions and gave good explanations on why one answer was right over another. I would highly recommend MBE portion.

Re: BarMax
I followed the plan they had and did all the essays they assigned but then I also did like 4-5 more after that. I really just outlined each one and checked my answer and also learned the law that way. Didnt submit anything for essay checking. Goal was to have seen how major topics are tested and to make sure I was spotting all issues. Also looked at the sample student answers on the NY bar site to see how much I actually needed to write.avatarz wrote:What did you do about the MEE? It doesn't seem like BarMax has essay grading.
