NY BAR CHARACTER & FITNESS QUESTION

Post by happyhour1122 » Tue Feb 28, 2017 6:53 pm

Well,,, its weird how NY requires every affidavit by employers to be notarized.
Anybody know how a federal judge submit this affidavit without notarization? (Fed judges can't be notarized).

Call and ask.

Otherwise, you could attach a sheet stating this fact and have your own signature notarized. If you're right about the rule, then wouldn't the inference be a federal judge's signature is self-authenticating?
