Sleeping Habits During Bar Review

Post by YalteseFalcon » Mon Feb 06, 2017 3:43 am

If you're working, this may not be an issue for you.

If you're not, how have you found your sleeping/waking schedule to work best for your studies? Up early? 9-5? In bed by 10?; Up at 12PM? Work 1-9?

I'm transitioning to early morning, it's been rough.

I encourage everyone to transition their sleep and study to exam-like hours. In a few weeks you won't have the luxury of sleeping until noon and working until midnight.
