Registered for the UBE in NYC but want to take the Florida Bar Exam, refund?
Does BOLE issue any refunds for any reason? I have more job opportunities in Florida than in NYC and I can still make the late deadline. I wish they were on separate days, but I'm going to sit for Florida instead and forget about old UBE registration if anything. Thanks and Happy New Year in advance!

You should let them know that you would like to withdraw from the exam if there is a possibility to get your fee back. They say on their website that the fee is non-refundable except for limited circumstances, but I think it's a good thing to state something along the lines of you are withdrawing early and so they haven't expended too many resources on you
I would call them and ask. They're surprisingly nice and informative when they can actually give you info.
