Did you even read the article? The appeal process isn't done yet.

sucks to fail the bar when your law school is designed to be a 3 year bar prep class.

LOL @ thinking that an appeal would change the result. They are appealing to keep the hopes up so a new crop of incoming 1Ls would deposit/wait until the deposit deadline has passed.

Rut roh...looks like Indiana Tech Law only has a provisional accreditation. I wonder what the ABA does with an 8% bar pass rate?

Here's an interview of the lone passer. Your hunch is right.

SZ: How much law school debt do you have now that you’ve graduated?

Zero. Because of Indiana Tech’s scholarships, help from my family, and my full-time summer jobs with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office and Allen County Circuit Court, I was able to get through law school debt-free. It’s another main reason I chose and stuck with Indiana Tech over the part-time program at IU McKinney.

Well, he has a license to practice law and zero debt. Many of us have no license to practice law, six figures in debt, and no job.

Just sayin'

Is this lone student on TLS? If so, this student should do an AMA in the lounge.
