What MEE/Essay Topics do you feel most prepared for?
Just out of curiosity.
Mine are (in order from most prepared to least prepared):
-Agency Law/Partnerships
-Family Law
-Conflicts
-Corporations
-Trusts
-Wills
-Sec'd Transactions
UBE MEE predictions are Corporations, Trusts , Family and Conflicts.

I'm aiming for an A+ so I'm prepared for everything...
I understand secured transactions but why are you not that well prepared for conflicts? it's like 5 rules, forget about the details just hit the major rules..

Contracts property torts crim law trusts fed con law fl con law crim pro commercial paper family law juvenile delinquency dependency secured transactions in that order
