thoughts on those that have done them? seem harder than BarBri / Emanuel and NBCE released.

Many of the questions are about nit picky, tiny, little rules buried in the FRCP. None of the questions are like the 10 Q sample.

Agreed - much harder - my % is 10% lower than other subjects. However, I thought Adaptibar was real NBCE questions only? Makes me nervous.

The adaptibar civpro questions are not ncbe questions, because NCBE has not released any civpro questions since the topic has only been tested for a year.

Adaptibar hired a contractor to write all 200 of those questions. They are not reliable.

That said, they are still a good tool to practice with and learn civil procedure.

The Adaptibar civpro questions are absolute garbage. Use them for practice if you want, but don't let them discourage you.
