Difference between Implied Equitable Servitudes v. Reciprocal Negative Servitudes
Can someone please tell me whether there is a difference between implied equitable servitude and reciprocal negative servitudes? They all seem to apply the General Scheme Doctrine similarly, so I'm not sure whether there is an error in my notes. Thank you

If I were you, I wouldn't get bogged down in the details of the names of these concepts. I'm looking at my outlines and see different names. If you understand the concept behind reciprocal easements within common schemes (i.e., a group of lots that have implied servitudes), you're fine.ok2bedifferent wrote:Can someone please tell me whether there is a difference between implied equitable servitude and reciprocal negative servitudes?
