So I have BarBri, and also Emmanuel (new edition) to supplement for MBE questions.
My question is regarding the MEE essays. I haven't done many yet, but was wondering if I should be buying an extra supplement for these as well, or if everyone thinks that the BarBri set are sufficient? I have read that the Rigos MEE book may be okay.(https://www.amazon.com/Rigos-Primer-Uni ... os+ube+mee)
Any opinions?

wondering this as well - also wondering generally how much prep is required for MEE. less concerned about the MBE subjects, but as far as the other subjects, what are people planning to do? review model essays or focus more on BLL? both?

The UBE percentage divisions are: 50% MBE, 30% MEE, and 20% MPT. So if you do extremely well on MBE and MPT, the MEE becomes almost moot, IMO. Especially since we only need 266/400 to pass in NY.ellewoods123 wrote:wondering this as well - also wondering generally how much prep is required for MEE. less concerned about the MBE subjects, but as far as the other subjects, what are people planning to do? review model essays or focus more on BLL? both?

I really don't think supplementing is necessary. I don't even know why anyone would think anything besides the CMR is necessary to pass the bar. Barbri's other outlines are there to flesh out concepts you don't understand from the CMR. You should really focus mostly on the MBE.

I more meant whether we should be supplementing questions - are BarBri's enough or are there free ones online to access?mvp99 wrote:I really don't think supplementing is necessary. I think it should be enough IMO.. do a few and see what you score get.. if you consistently get passing numbers then theres no need for extra QsJoeySkoko wrote:I more meant whether we should be supplementing questions - are BarBri's enough or are there free ones online to access?mvp99 wrote:I really don't think supplementing is necessary.
