I'll defend Themis the same way I do my parents: "They abused me because they loved me and wanted to push me to succeedBigZuck wrote:(binks a 154 MBE)Capitol_Idea wrote:BigZuck's narrative of Themis being this malicious trickster spirit really resonates with me the farther I get in these stupid practice sets

i'm not. idgaf if a question says "This jurisdiction follows the UCCJEA." I just apply what I know and hope for the best.ndp1234 wrote:How are people keeping track of all these Uniform codes in Family Law and Wills? It's so overwhelming.
I'm not. Maybe your state tests on it. Heck, maybe mine does. But I haven't seen them tested in any of the practice essays. I figure its more important to know the basics (requirements for a will, child support modification, holographic will, etc etc) then some uniform code about interstate baloney.ndp1234 wrote:How are people keeping track of all these Uniform codes in Family Law and Wills? I'm taking PA. From what I've seen, as long a you are able to write the words "equitable distribution" and "best interests of the child" and rattle off some common sense factors, you're fine.ndp1234 wrote:How are people keeping track of all these Uniform codes in Family Law and Wills? The graded essay was insanely easy this time. I feel like the jurisdiction rules are the only thing you need to memorize for family law.Nebby wrote:Reviewed the FRO for Family law before my graded essay and legit about fell asleep

I think you're supposed to assume joint/several + pure comparative negligence. (If that's what you're asking). They will tell you in the prompt otherwise.blach0987 wrote:Any advice on keeping the torts liability jurisdictions straight? Like joint and several liability, comparative fault, pure several liability, etc.

Are those FRO's available in PDF to print out?
Thanks

Use a PDF to Word converter online for free. Then you can use Word to fill in the blanks. The converted version won't be as pretty but it can be edited.ultimolugar wrote:Of all of the MBE subjects to not have an editable PDF, of course it's property... OF COURSE. FML.
Not sure if joking but they emailed me the PDFs of FROs for mbe subjects, I've got them all...unidentifiable wrote:hirkaismyname wrote:I know know that Themis has FRO's for the MBE Subjects in the actual book for milestone exams, but I don't see those in the handout library on the portal.

Nope. No FROs for MBE subjects. I messaged them about this and they said they could not provide pdfs for those because of "copyright reasons."
