Feb 2016 UBE question
I just saw someone mention that power of attorney was tested on the last MEE exam - does anyone know what other topics were tested on the Feb 2016 MEE questions? Is there a site that has this info?

Re: Feb 2016 UBE question
Four of the six essays were MEE subjects. It was a hell of a surprise.
Secured Transactions (Purchase Money Security Interest, Buyer in Ordinary Course, Priority Claims)
Evidence (Hearsay)
Agency and Partnership (LLP, Breach of Duty, and I believe creditor's claims)
Con Law (Dormant Commerce Clause)
Family Law (Distribution of Property, Prenup)
Wills (Healthcare Power of Attorney, Slayer Statute)
