For states on the UBE, is there any significance behind this?
I am going to work in NYC but will be living at home all summer and will take the bar in AZ and then, assuming I get the score, will transfer the score to NY, now that it uses the UBE as well. Anyway, AZ has lower pass rates than other states that use the UBE...is that just random chance or is there a good amount of subjectivity that goes into grading the essays?
