I manually entered that URL into my browser and it brought me to the page. I'm able to change my address and submitted it. Does this mean I failed?

I clicked submit and got an email confirmation:

"Dear ______:
This will confirm receipt of the Change of Address that you submitted to the NYS Board of Law Examiners. Your change of address is not official until it has been processed by the Board. Requests which affect seating for the bar examination may not be processed until after the bar examination has been administered. Accordingly, there may be a delay between the time your request is made and the time you receive notification from the Board that your request has been processed. Changes which affect certification to the Appellate Division for admission purposes must be received by the Board by October 15 for a July exam and April 15 for a February exam. Once you are certified for admission, any change of address MUST be made through the Appellate Division to which you were certified."

When I visit again it brings me to https://www.nybarexam.org/ApplicantPort ... tatus.aspx

Did you ever see "change of address closed"?

Yes, but we saw that only on the main page (https://www.nybarexam.org/ApplicantPort ... ortal.aspx).

Right but he was able to change his address.

We are talking about the applicant portal correct?

Indeed. I was as well. Following the link for changing address (https://www.nybarexam.org/ApplicantPort ... tatus.aspx), I was able to so change my address. But, before that (and after that, as it were), if I went to the main page (https://www.nybarexam.org/ApplicantPort ... ortal.aspx), it said "change of addressed closed" in a greyed out box.

In my timezone it is 3:30pm (Europe). Another 7 hours added to one of the longest days of my life...

Not sure if this will help or hurt your anxieties but I sincerely believe it is coming out today. Just hang in there. Maybe take yourself to a nice lunch or something with a work friend to get your mind off of it for a little bit. Trust me, I was a nutters before NJ came out but I just wish I had taken a deep breathe and reflected on how hard I studied rather than all of the doomsday scenarios (I was dreaming I failed days before the results came out).

This is why I mentioned the added 7 hours to today's torture. If the 5pm rumor turns out to be legit, it will be the stroke of midnight for me.

Some National Conference or other agency reporting guideline we aren't privy to? Perhaps they were able to get UBE graders from other states on a contract basis? (Meaning those who have completed and released)
