New York is moving to the Uniform Bar Exam in July. The UBE does not test the same subjects, and it omits a number of the NY State specific subject matter areas.

WOW. This TOTALLY slipped my mind as I was writing with this post. Well, that changes things. Thanks for pointing that out z0rk. But even though the UBE is taking over, I'm sure a good portion of the Barbri material will still be useful, no? They're still testing on the same laws I would imagine.
