Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before. I have been out of law school for three years and will be taking the bar this summer. I am taking Themis to study. But I'd like to start earlier than the scheduled start date as I haven't been in law school for a while now. What is the best order of subjects for me to study? Is there one topic I should start with over another as I am just getting back into studying mode after 3 years?? I don't know where to begin! Civil procedure, criminal, evidence, etc.?! Tips based on experience would be especially helpful. Thanks!

Re: Sequence of Subjects to Study?
Themis grants you access for free before the official start date... I think for feb. I got access Nov. 4, but the official start date wasn't until Dec. 21. All I did was look ahead to the official schedule. I printed it out then just followed it and started ahead of the start date.
One thing I'd recommend is to treat it like the real deal... I took it easy since I was starting so early. It did help, but eventually it was still telling me I was behind.
If you mean you want to start before you even get any themis access.... I'd probably tackle a subject like Texas' MPT or procedures and evidence... things that you won't want to focus on later. You'll have plenty of time to hit the rest.
Good luck.
