How many total MBE questions were you doing before you attempted the exams? And what were you scoring on those?

So July was my highest mbe- used Adapatibar 1100 and for the recent Feb used the same Adaptibar, I think I answered like 1400-1500qs. And I was generaly getting like 65-70%.amk110 wrote:How many total MBE questions were you doing before you attempted the exams? And what were you scoring on those?

I went in February thinking I'd receive somewhere around 130s like last time.

Maybe try a tutor this time around? Sounds like a pretty substantial amount of variance and not something we can really give great advice on via the internet.
I'd personally try to get as much feedback as possible from the state then take it to a tutor with a good reputation who can then advise you better.
All that said.... I'm really sorry for your rough news. It sucks. A lot.

We would need details to give good advice.
But MBE scores are down. Most states are getting harder. Taking the bar exam twice was more than acceptable, but now three times is not a big deal anymore.

I thought I'd pass because of the Adaptibar, which I used July to get 139 on the MBE>now I don't know what course to use to increase MBE so I have a solid score. Whether redoing adaptibar will be helpful or not..

You know you can use your UBE score to waive into another jurisdiction even if you failed the bar in the jurisdiction you sat in right?
