Has anyone come across online courses/resources that talk about general strategy or tactics for the bar exam?

Yes. What kind of strategies are you looking for?
I bought audio books on mental preparation, holistic preparation guides, I watched YouTube videos on tips on just about everything, I took themis and they had general tips for everything more material related.
If you're looking for tips related to the material, go with themis or another complete program.
The audio books on mental prep were wastes of time in my opinion. They all boiled down to visualization of success and confidence. Mental game and if you go in collected and centered you're ahead of the game, yada, yada.
The physical prep said exercise to relieve stress, eat healthy and balanced meals, sleep as much as possible and take breaks.
The YouTube videos were hit or miss. One advocated using 10 pencils for the mbe and to use a new one every 10 questions. I actually used that one because it helped me stay focused through the sets. I put different colored erasers and matching grips. Stupid, but effective.
