SCOTUS jurisdiction
Can Congress expand/limit SCOTUS jurisdiction? Some of my questions are saying yes and some no, maybe there are certain situations in which it can, and certain in which it cannot?

nvm I figured it out - it looks like Congress can limit appellate jurisdiction, but not original

there's that case where congress tried to expand scotus original jurisdiction (i think). i don't remember the name but it might help you get the black letter law on this.
