As you might guess, I've fallen behind on getting my bar application in. Back in law school, I did some sporadic volunteer work for a non-profit (say, 20 hours over the course of an academic year). Do I need to submit an affidavit for this? If so, should it be the Pro Bono affidavit (although I already have one of those and I've more than met the hours requirement already) or the standard Legal Employment affidavit (although 20 hours of work over the course of a year hardly looks like "employment")?
Anyone have any experience with this? I'm in NY 1st Department for the record.
