In many states registration is required this month.

Only Alabama has a final registration deadline this month (sort of: Feb 1). Every other state where the first filing deadline has passed or will in the next thirty days (of which there are fewer than a dozen) has a late filing deadline OP can meet.S. PSA: Book your hotel room now.
I booked mine for the VA bar a year ago today, and all the decent hotels were already full.
I lucked out because a new hotel had just started accepting reservations.
