Last time, I used lenovo x1.. the typing lapse after I press the keys... the software not working well there..

Used that exact model (purchased October 2014) for the July 2015 NY bar & passed.

I wouldn't risk it. Go with MacBook Air 13.5". For me, that extra millimeter of space on each key was critical and is, IMO, the only reason I passed the bar exam. and, indeed, even law school.

I used the 13" model and passed with ease. So long as you're comfortable with the keyboard, you'll be fine.

I used macbook pro for 1L/2L and macbook air for 3L/bar exam. Both worked great.
